Rachael Cook

 Rachael L. Cook (born October 4 in 1978) is an American actress. She has appeared in the Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That (2000), Josie and the Pussycats (2002) and the TV series Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart, Robot Chicken and Josie are also her voices. This series started with the English version Final Fantasy VII - Advent Children. Rachael Leigh Cook was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, the daughter of Thomas Howard Cook, a social worker and former stand-up comedian and JoAnn Cook, who is a cooking teacher and weaver. She is of Italian descent. Cook has made her public service announcement while in foster care when she turned seven years old. Cook also began modeling as a child print model by the age 10 and was featured in national advertisements for Target. She was a student at Clara Barton Open School in Clara Barton, Laurel Springs School in Minneapolis, as well as Minneapolis South High School.
